Some of the unique features include: - Direct text conversations with customers or staff. - No complicated inboxes like other text messaging applications. - The first SMS solution to bring message-matching technology to the marketplace. - Bespoke options include connecting our SMS Solution with your application or database for a fully streamlined experience. **Challenge:** Our client needed to find a solution to open doors into particular vertical sectors, including; Leisure, Food & Drink, Travel & Tourism, Distribution. The objective to generate face to face or web-based meetings where a full demonstration of the SMS gateway can be presented to key business decision-makers. **Feed Back from Client:** When we first considered employing a telemarketing agency we thought that it would be more appropriate to bring the function in-house. After a number of months, we recognised that we needed some outside expertise that included campaign management expertise and experienced Telemarketing Account Managers that could approach the calls using a consultative selling strategy. We have been working with the team at JEM for nearly 6 months and we are delighted with the results that the team have generated. Being able to listen to the call recordings when an appointment is made is a great way to our sales team getting a detailed insight before they meet the customers.
