Working with one of the UK's largest networks of Fast Fit suppliers, targeting fleet decision-makers, generated qualified face to face meetings.  

The Challenge

Generate appointments for a team of 8 UK Business Development Managers whose brief is to engage fleet decision-makers that spend between £50,000 & £250,000 a year on their fleet maintenance.

The Results

  • 747 Appointments - Fleet Value £6k - £75K
  • 45 Appointments - Fleet Value £75k - £500K
  • Return on Investment for every £1 spent £40 in sales revenue generated

 Supplying our field sales team with regular face to face meetings has had a really positive impact on their motivation and results. Our sales team previously spent a lot of their prime selling time driving around and not actually sat in front of decision-makers.

 JEM’s approach was unique before the campaign went live JEM sent their senior strategist Jane Evans out for a day to accompany one of our Area Sales Managers & a Business Development Manager. This enabled JEM to develop a knowledgeable and highly sophisticated telemarketing strategy.

 JEM then assigned a team of Telemarketing Account Managers who were picked to complement the demographics of the customers that they would be pitching to. The Telemarketing Account Managers at JEM had at least 10 years of Telemarketing Experience this meant that their approach was extremely mature and sophisticated.
